Platinum Protection Plan
When you purchase a new mower from us you are buying from a servicing dealer. This means you can take it back to us for repairs and annual services. To take advantage of this we have created a service contract offered at time of purchase for our customers. To enroll, you must sign this contract at the time of purchase stating we will service your mower annually between November 1st and March 1st.
Plan Benefits –
- Three (3) years of extended warranty will apply after the factory warranty has expired
- Pickup and delivery are included for the annual service *
- Covers all parts and labor costs due to manufacture defect excluding wear items such as brakes, tires, batteries, belts, blades ETC….
- 50% off pickup and delivery charge for warranty repairs outside of the annual service
Annual Service Details –
- Includes oil change w/filter, replace the air filter, new spark plugs, test the battery, grease all points available, new fuel filter, sharpen the blades, clean the underside of the deck, inspect all belts, pulleys, and spindles, tire inspection/pressure check, and remove all loose grass and debris
- $299 per service, may change in the future due to inflation and part pricing increases
Terms & Conditions -
- Must have your mower serviced by us every year of factory and extended warranty between November 1st and March 1st for the extended warranty to apply
- Does not cover repairs caused by negligence, misuse, or abuse
- Commercial users do not qualify / Cannot exceed 100 hours per year
- Only applies if you purchase a brand-new mower from us
- Customer can cancel the service contract at any time
- If the unit is not serviced by us annually during factory and extended warranty, the service contract will be voided
- You will be notified of your pickup date by November 1st
- Unit must be outside in the driveway to be picked up and easily accessible
- Must have the first service paid for at the time of the mower purchase, once the first service has been completed the customer must pay for next years’ service at that time.
- Must be within 30 miles of our store for free pickup and delivery, if you are located further than 30 miles from our store an extra charge will apply per mile *
